- Klarna expands its collaboration with Worldpay to allow new merchants to provide its services to their customers. Klarna will become a network of choice provided as a default payment method for Worldpay’s merchants worldwide.
- Adyen supports Tap-to-Pay on iPhone in more European markets including Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Ireland, and Romania.
- Elavon and LS Retail launch new omnichannel payments solution
- Stripe acquires Bridge for USD 1.1 billion. Bridge is a fintech startup specialising in facilitating payments through stablecoins.
- Fiserv eyes CCV. First Data and CCV Group submitted a request to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for approval for the takeover of CCV by First Data.

- Embedded Finance provider Pipe partners with GoCardless to make a strategic push into the UK. Pipe’s Embedded Finance solution is set to be made available through the GoCardless platform in order to boost capital access for small businesses in the region of the UK.
- According to Adyen, SaaS platforms that started embedded finance early on now make more than 50% of their revenue from embedded payments rather than from software and are rapidly scaling other embedded financial products.

- Klarna launches its Gift Card Store in the UK. Klarna has partnered with Blackhawk Network (BHN), a global branded payments provider, in order to launch the Klarna Girft Card Store for customers and clients in the region of the UK.
