Our standard business model is based upon a fixed firm price for a defined set of client requirements based on a detailed proposal and workplan and delivered out of our offices in London.  For client managed resources, we offer competitive day rates, discounted for larger assignments.

Our assignment methodology reflects a strong commitment to delivery excellence. We resource our assignments with highly qualified, practical and experienced consultants with over 300 collective years’ experience  in the payment industry. For our clients they deliver research into target addressable markets, suggest realignment of acquiring and issuing  businesses and   propose new target operating models. Our commitment to responsiveness and flexibility ensures that your assignments are delivered on time and to a competitively priced budget. PSE has built its business based on a cautious and steady growth plan based upon repeat assignments from long term clients.  It is PSE policy to bid for any size of assignment from one through to one hundred days.

Geographic Reach

PSE is positioned as a European company with its core business generated from clients across the EU.  However, PSE is increasingly an international company, conducting assignments in Australia and New Zealand, South America, as well as the USA through our North American partners.

Independent Advice

Our company is totally independent, has no alliances or partnerships and does not accept commissions nor shared revenues.  Clients can be assured that our recommendations are completely impartial and uninfluenced by third parties.

Size

PSE is a boutique payments consultancy company with 14 staff.  We do not operate as a resources supplier.  Our assignments use consultants employed on our payroll and recruited using the highest selection and security assessment criteria.

Our company strongly supports the climate change initiative and has an active policy of reducing its carbon footprint across the business and throughout its offices.
