- Epos Now acquires Yoello to support F&B specific payments use cases for SMBs. Yoello now allows Epos Now to support a range of CNP use cases such as order and pay at table, click and collect and home delivery.
- Railsr and Equals Group set for £283m merger. Railsr, which offers banking-as-a-service and card issuing solutions, will gain Equals’ suite of payments, multicurrency accounts, and card products.
- Trustly partners with BRP Systems, a provider of enterprise software for the fitness and wellness industry in the Nordics.
- PSR proposes cap on cross-border card fees. The regulator is pushing ahead with plans to introduce a price cap on the fees Visa and Mastercard charge UK merchants when European shoppers make online purchases.

- FIS set to buy Demica, supply chain finance platform. Demica has built a SaaS platform to manage working capital for large corporate multinationals, integrating with multiple bank payment gateways to automate real-time payments in over 30 countries.

- Crypto.com partners with ALL to advance loyalty point conversion. ALL is the loyalty programme and booking platform of Accor. The initiative allows Crypto.com users to convert more than 20 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cronos, into ALL Reward points through the Crypto.com app that can be redeemed for hotel stays and experiences. Initially available in the UK, EU, and Switzerland.
