Tom Hay, Senior Technology Manager with over 30 years’ experience designing and delivering payments software solutions for companies ranging from major banks and national switches to scale-up fintechs. He founded and managed a payments software company and for several years he led the architecture team at Vocalink delivering UK Faster Payments. He has also run the PayTech product and engineering team for a Fintech card wallet service. He has worked for PSE Consulting for 3 years supporting payments clients including issuers, acquirers, major merchants and global marketplaces. His unique experience of cloud and on-premise payment systems architecture is coupled with an in-depth understanding of business processes of both card and account payments. He has hands-on experience of delivering major development projects using modern agile methodologies and running DevOps operations.
