Andrew joined PSE Consulting as a Senior Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience as a payments product and strategy specialist across consulting, banking, schemes, and fintech. At EY, he led the build-out of the firm’s payments product innovation offering, while at Visa Europe he owned the SME commercial product capability. And during his time at Capco, he delivered large-scale digital payments transformation and innovation programmes for Tier-1 banks, fintech’s and players across financial services. His expertise spans payments product innovation and development, end-to-end payments transformation, go-to-market strategy, issuing and acquiring, A2A payments, and embedded finance and platform propositions. He is also continuing to develop a forward-looking perspective on Agentic AI, shaping industry thinking on its role in the future of payments innovation. Andrew has a strong track record of advising C-suite executives at leading financial institutions and is a highly effective communicator, adept at forming clear, decisive viewpoints and translating complex challenges into actionable commercial strategies.
